Team FOLON is an independent game development studio with an international team.
The team is fronted by the heads of department behind Fallout: London, who collectively drove the majority of the project’s development from concept through to release. Together, we bring decades of combined experience across every discipline of indie game development, including design, programming, art, audio, writing, production, and project management.
Our journey into development began as fans. We are gamers first and foremost, driven by a love of immersive worlds, memorable stories, and meaningful player experiences. That passion ultimately led us to create one of the most ambitious game projects ever built by a volunteer team, and it remains at the heart of everything we do today.
As we move forward into developing our own original titles, we aim to carry that same enthusiasm, creativity, and player-focused mindset into every project. We build the kinds of games we want to play ourselves, with a commitment to quality, ambition, and respect for the communities that support them.

Driven by Imagination
Team FOLON is where creativity meets ambition. We build immersive games and memorable stories, with every team member playing a key role in bringing our projects to life.
Our team is dedicated to creating immersive worlds and memorable stories, inspired by the sense of wonder and nostalgia that made the games we grew up with so special. From development and design to production and support, everyone at Team FOLON plays a part in shaping our projects and delivering experiences that connect with players around the world. We foster an environment where ideas are valued, skills can grow, and great games are made together.

Remote Working
Our studio is built around a remote-first approach, giving us access to exceptional talent regardless of location. By bringing together experienced developers from across the UK (and beyond!), we’re able to build diverse teams united by a shared passion for creating outstanding games.
Collaboration remains at the heart of everything we do. Through regular meetings, communication, established development practices, and modern tools, our teams stay closely connected and work seamlessly across disciplines.
Remote working offers the flexibility and autonomy to perform at your best, while our more project-focused culture ensures every team member can make a meaningful impact on the games we create.
